Premonition: Ukrainian Art Now was the third in a series of exhibitions at the Saatchi Gallery aimed at showcasing Ukraine's unique artistic culture and heritage to an international audience in London.The catalogue of the exhibition commissioned by Booth-Clibborn highlights the difference between the usage of ‘The Ukraine’ in the past and ‘Ukraine’ now. It is argued that ‘The Ukraine’ is a Soviet phrase and refers to the country as part of USSR, whereas ‘Ukraine’ is the current preferred method since the independence, acknowledging it as a country in its own right again.The layout is simple but bold, as well as on the cover throughout the book all the the's are crossed out to create a symbol for the art coming very much from now from a country with its own identity.
